Details:
• Minimum Commitment: Attend at least 3 classes per week.
• Team Challenge: You’ll be placed on one of two teams for some friendly competition.
• Daily & Weekly Challenges: Push yourself with workout challenges designed to keep you engaged and progressing.
• Results-Based Qualifications: Winners (male & female) will be determined by body fat percentage reduction and waist circumference changes—not weight!
• Must Complete 5 of 6 Weeks: Stay committed and consistent to be eligible for the final results.
• Sign-up by April 18th in studio or email admin@flexbasetraining.com.
• Complete your InBody scan and measurements between April 16th and April 21st.
This challenge is all about accountability, community, and transformation—both physically and mentally. Whether you’re looking to lean out, build strength, or just stay motivated, this is your chance to push yourself in a supportive and competitive environment.
Important Notes:
There is NO buy-in for this challenge, so sign up ASAP! There's real power in numbers—the more we hold each other accountable, the better our results! Everyone's welcome to join in. Remember though, in order to maximize your progress, we require attending at least three classes per week.
