FBT Beach Workout 1
Join us for a Beach Workout on Saturday, June 21st from 9:00 am to 10:00 am with Coach Nik and Coach Jaclyn running the session! Here are the details:
Beach location: Playa del Rey (approximately Culver Blvd. and Pacific Ave.)
Free workout—sign up is required via MindBody for both members and non-members.
After the workout, we’ll be hanging out at the beach from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Bring your family, friends, and kids!
Post Workout Activities: Volleyball, football, frisbee, spike ball, etc.
Food and drinks available on a first come, first serve basis.
An Eventbrite link will be sent out soon for headcount planning purposes.
We’ll have a flyer in the studio with all the details (including directions/parking), as well as post on IG and the website.
NOTE: Classes will ALSO still be held in the studio at their regular times (8:15am and 9:30am) with Coach Peter and Michelle.
