FLEX BASE TEENS GIRLS-ONLY BETA CLASS

We’re excited to launch our Flex Base Teens program with beta classes this summer! These sessions will help us perfect our Teen program to better serve young athletes and fitness enthusiasts.

This first run will be small group, with a maximum of 8 participants per session. We’ve kept the group size small to ensure that each teen gets the personalized attention and proper coaching they need—especially when it comes to building strength and learning proper form. This is crucial for teens, and having smaller groups allows our expert coaches to focus on form and fundamentals, ensuring safety and proper technique in every movement.

*This class is specially offered for teen girls-only to create a supportive, empowering environment where young women can build confidence, strength, and focus without distraction.*

FBT x Beach Workout No. 2

Get ready for FBT x Beach Workout & Social #2 on July 19th at Playa Vista! The workout kicks off at 9:30 AM (use 6900 Pacific Ave for directions). This isn’t your typical workout—it’s more like a field day! Think fun team-based games and challenges that push each other and create lasting memories, not a hard-grind session. Whether you’re in it to challenge yourself or just vibe with the group energy, it’s all about fun, motivation, and support!

Open to both members and non-members—just make sure to sign up on MINDBODY to reserve your spot. Let’s flex under the sun and leave some sweat in the sand.

Don’t miss out on this awesome opportunity to sweat, laugh, and soak in the beach vibes.

Time: 9:30am

Beach location: Playa del Rey (approximately Culver Blvd. and Pacific Ave.)

  • Free workout—sign up is required via MindBody for both members and non-members: capacity is limited, sign up here!

  • After the workout, we’ll be hanging out at the beach from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm. Bring your family, friends, and kids!

  • Post Workout Activities: Volleyball, football, frisbee, spike ball, etc.

  • Food and drinks available on a first come, first serve basis. 

🚨NOTE: The following classes will still be held in the studio at their regular times (7:10am and 8:15am ONLY - 9:20am is cancelled).
