
FBT x Beach Workout
Join us for a high-energy training session where the sun, sand, and Flex collide. This full-body workout brings our signature programming to the beach for a session that’s as fun as it is challenging. Open to both members and non-members—just make sure to sign up on MINDBODY to reserve your spot. Let’s flex under the sun and leave some sweat in the sand.
Time: 9:30am
Beach location: Playa del Rey (approximately Culver Blvd. and Pacific Ave.)
Free workout—sign up is required via MindBody for both members and non-members: capacity is limited, sign up here!
After the workout, we’ll be hanging out at the beach from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm. Bring your family, friends, and kids!
Post Workout Activities: Volleyball, football, frisbee, spike ball, etc.
Food and drinks available on a first come, first serve basis.
🚨NOTE: Classes will ALSO still be held in the studio at their regular times (8:15am and 9:20am) with Coach Peter and Michelle.
