Sunday - Strength Training and Barbell Basics Foundational Seminar

We are excited to announce that our Director of Programming, Will Brenseke, will be visiting the studio at the end of April. He will be coaching classes and also hosting a Strength Training and Barbell Basics Foundational Seminar on Saturday, April 28th, 9:30am-11am and Sunday, April 29th, 11:00am-12:30pm.

This is perfect for newer members or anyone wanting to refine their form.
